He explained, point by point, the issues raised and demonstrated great serenity.

He did not hide his desire to clarify, for whoever may need it, everything that involves his professional and financial life, which, he assures, are absolutely in order: - I have never negotiated my peace.

In moments of outburst, he expresses genuine indignation at the accusations, and recalls his humble origins - his mother was a washerwoman and his father a tractor driver - saying that the greatest legacy he received from them was honesty. And it is with this that he says he is prepared to face this challenging period.

As for the rumors that he fled to Miami, he told us that he has a residence in Florida, as he has been focusing on international projects in recent years. In fact, this month he will perform two shows in the US as part of his  tour: in Miami on the 19th and in Boston on the 26th. The events, he says, are especially important, and he is personally involved in every detail, from the tickets to the cold beer.

More information that Lima brought during the report:

The trip to the USA : he says he had already planned it previously, and it would not have any relation to legal issues.

The trip to Greece : it was planned months in advance, with the aim of recording a phase of the project , in addition to celebrating the singer's birthday with guests. The police operation related to some of the guests was launched after the trip.  Lima reinforces that those involved left the group before the recording of the DVD.

Invoices and compliance : says that several invoices were issued to PIX 365 as part of an image usage contract. All documents are in compliance with the legislation, all taxes are paid, and the contracts contain regulatory and anti-corruption clauses, so much so that they were suspended after the operation was launched.

Money in a safe : the amount found at the company , approximately R$195,000, would be used for daily payments in different cities. This amount would be common for  busy schedule of shows, which he performs around 200 times a year, and would have been withdrawn directly from his checking account, as he normally claims to do. According to him, bank statements were provided that prove this practice.

Aircraft sale : the sale of the private aircraft with registration number PR-TEN reportedly went through a standard purchase and sale process, including pre-purchase inspections. After the first negotiation was canceled due to technical problems, a new sale was made under a reservation of title clause, maintaining the aircrafts registration  until full payment. Furthermore, he says that payments were made by TED between Brazilian institutions, with the contracts duly registered with ANAC.

Shows in municipalities : all contracts for shows in cities, according to him, follow the legal procedures provided for by the bidding law.

TJ/PE
The justifications for ordering the patient's preventive detention and imposing other precautionary measures constitute mere improper inferences and generic considerations . It was with this absolutely forceful passage that the TJ/PE - with an opinion from the MP favorable to the singer - decided to close the request for detention.

Now,  Lima hopes that, once all points of the investigation have been clarified, the inquiry will be quickly shelved in regards to him.
