Elon Musk responds to STF subpoena and criticizes he broke laws
In response to the minister's subpoena, the owner of X (formerly Twitter) uses artificial intelligence to mock the Brazilian justice system and criticizes a decision that could suspend the platform in the country.

In the early hours of Thursday, the 29th, Elon Musk , owner of the social network X (formerly Twitter), responded to the subpoena of Minister Alexandre , made through the platform, with a provocative post. In his post, Musk criticized the minister, saying that "this 'judge' has repeatedly broken the laws he swore to defend.
The businessman also published a post that highlighted X as the number 1 news app in the App Store in Brazil, accompanied by the comment: Alexandre is trying to suspend the only source of truth in Brazil. People want to know the truth.
Musk even simulated speaking to an artificial intelligence tool to create an image and wrote: Generate an image as if Voldemort and a Sith Lord had a son and he became a judge in Brazil."
Elon Musk also responded to the subpoena message saying that the minister will one day be arrested. Mark my words.
Finally, the businessman even made fun of an image of toilet paper with the words Alexandre" written on it.

Musk's reaction comes after Alexandre decision to demand that the social network appoint a legal representative in Brazil, under penalty of suspension of the platform's activities in the country.

Musk's reaction was not long in coming. The social network announced two days later that it was closing its office in Brazil. According to the company, the decision to end operations in the country was motivated by the threat of arrest made by Minister , who had stipulated a fine and the detention of the director for disobedience if the court orders were not complied with.
The platform also stated that, despite the office closure, it would continue to be available to Brazilian users.
In the same week, the 1st panel of the STF discussed appeals from the social network against the determinations to block profiles of those investigated for posts involving coup acts, hate speech and attacks on institutions.
The platform is appealing decisions by Minister Alexandre in investigations into the dissemination of fake news and attacks on institutions.
