Confusion in session

 

In 2020, the same pair engaged in a heated discussion after the judge said the argument was confusing.

The session of the 3rd group of the TRT-3 this Wednesday, the 21st, was marked by a heated argument between a judge and a lawyer, which even ended in an arrest. However, this is not the first time that the two have been involved in a fight.

 

In fact, in December 2020, the lawyer insulted the judge after he said that the oral argument was confusing.  At the time, the judge asked for a review and said that he would change his vote - which was previously in favor of the lawyer.

 

On Wednesday, the judge actually changed his vote, which led the lawyer to ask to renew his oral argument. That's when the discussion began. Watch.

 

Understand what happened

 

In the episode that occurred in December 2020, judge Milton  de Almeida told lawyer Tiago Jonas Aquino that his oral argument was confusing. The lawyer then asked to speak, which was refused, but he said: "Your Excellency, do whatever you want, if you want to go to hell, go too, Your Excellency, go to the whore who gave birth to you, fuck you."

 

The rapporteur then took the floor saying that he would ask for a review to change his vote and provide opposing grounds.

This Wednesday, the case was tried again, when the judge changed his vote. The TRT-3 panel, in a unanimous decision, dismissed the lawyer's appeal.

 

Immediately afterwards, the attorney took the floor, raising a point of order and requesting that he be given the floor to renew his oral argument, due to an alleged change in the judgment.

 

After the judge's refusal, the lawyer begins to argue why he thought the refusal was wrong, until the judge orders him to leave the room.

 

The lawyer refuses to leave and a heated argument begins, until he decides to arrest the judge for alleged abuse of authority.

 

The session was suspended and the transmission interrupted after the PF requested intervention.

 

Note - OAB

 

The OAB/MG and AMAT  were called to accompany the lawyer TJGTA in a trial session at the TRT of the 3rd region, who informed the entities that he had been arrested by a judge.

 

On that occasion, the attorney general for prerogatives of the OAB/MG and the regional attorney for prerogatives of Zona da Mata II were present in person, and the president and directors of AMAT were present remotely, providing him with the necessary assistance, which resulted in his release. The two entities continue to monitor the developments of the incident with a view to taking any measures they deem necessary.
